We wanted somewhere local (to my partner) for a long weekend and managed to get three nights here over the Bank holiday weekend.

It’s a well kept site on a main road with friendly staff.

Clean shower block, grass or hard standing pitches.

We used the Pub (The Fountain) which is 4/5 mins walk over the railway bridge and ate there every day. Handy for Church Laneham by The Trent with 2 good pubs.

There is a Costcutter a few min’s past the Pub for supplies or of course Tuxford itself. Will use this place again for a nice weekend.

We paid £25 per night which we were happy with.
